John C. Fox
John C. Fox is an associate at Casas Riley Simonian LLP. His practice areas encompass a variety of business needs including corporate and general business transactions, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, intellectual property, and commercial litigation.
John brings a broad range of experience to Casas Riley Simonian. During law school, he interned at the Department of Defense Office of General Counsel, Legal Counsel in the Pentagon and in the commercial litigation department of a large Singapore law firm. He continued to expand his transactional experience at a large medical device manufacturer in the Bay Area and later at a rapidly growing Silicon Valley SaaS company. Immediately prior to joining Casas Riley Simonian, John was an associate at a Monterey business law firm.
A Boston native, John received his BA in 2009 from Bates College where he majored in history. In 2014, John received his JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law and as an Associate on the Santa Clara Law Review. While in law school, John received “CALI Excellence for the Future” awards in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing and in Appellate Advocacy. He also received a Public International Law Certificate, with honors.
