Although we recommend specific courses of action to our clients, we recognize that each client has different objectives and seek client input and approval for all major decisions.

 

In addition to our extensive courtroom experience, we represent our clients in arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of dispute resolution. We have also successfully represented clients before various federal, state, and local governing bodies. CRS attorneys in the litigation group also serve as judges pro tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
