SAM KIAMANESH
|
Sam Kiamanesh devotes his time to corporate and general business transactions,
technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions and general counseling to start-up companies.
He also handles real estate transactions, including entity formations, acquisitions and dispositions,
syndications, 1031 exchanges, and negotiation and preparation of lease agreements.
Sam is a member of the faculty of De Anza College, teaching courses in real estate and business law,
and is a contributing editor of the textbook Essentials of Real Estate Investment, 8th edition, 2008.
Prior to joining CRS, he was a corporate attorney with Silicon Valley Bank.
Sam is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2000) and University
of Toronto (B.S., with honors, 1997).
