Dan is a partner with the firm, with a focus on real estate, estate planning, and business litigation. Dan's real estate experience is vast, having represented developers in commercial and residential projects, lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions and disputes, real estate brokers and agents, private organizations seeking land-use approvals, and contractors and homeowners in contract and construction defect disputes. He has also represented clients in CEQA claims and property tax reappraisal proceedings. As a seasoned trial attorney, Dan has represented clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration of commercial real estate ventures, individual real estate disputes, complex breach of contract claims, elder abuse matters, Will and Trust disputes, and intellectual property misappropriations.

Dan has been a member of the faculty at De Anza College since 1986, teaching real estate and business law courses. He is a frequent speaker on various real estate law topics and serves as a judge pro tem in Santa Clara County Superior Court and as an arbitrator.
