Villerepresents a broad range of U.S. and international clients from growthcompanies and individuals to established businesses. Prior to joining the firm,Ville practiced for several years in New York and London as a transactional attorneyfocusing on U.S. and cross-border financing transactions.

Ville is admitted to practice law in the State of California and New York.

Outside the office, you can find Ville travelling with family, endurance running and cross-country skiing.
